Tiffany was perfect !!! I would recommend her as a buyer or seller agent. She acted as a dual agent for the seller and I. She did a fine job for everyone involved.

Simply put, Tiffany Bafford was amazing. An absolute pleasure to do business with. She exceeded my expectations in every way. Tiffany was incredibly communicative, informative, reliable, knowledgeable, prompt with answers, and available throughout the entire process. Tiffany not only helped me purchase a new property, but also sell my existing. She priced my property competitively and took a personalized approach showing genuine care for her client. She also honored our military by giving me a discount for my military service. I highly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking for a truly awesome real estate agent. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Tiffany was attentive at every step of the way. She communicated with us so well throughout the process, explained things very well, made sure we felt represented and heard while also being knowledgeable about the market and other factors. We worked with Tiffany to buy our home in 2020 and to sell in 2025 and have had excellent experiences with both processes. We can’t imagine buying or selling without her!
